1. About these terms

These terms apply to anyone who visits or buys from petxcite.com ("PetXcite", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live), or be using the site with a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Made to order

Every product is printed after you order it. Small variations in print placement and color are normal and are not defects. Colors may also look different on different screens.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Your order is a request to buy. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item can't be produced, a price or product detail was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we spot an error on the site, we'll correct it, even after an order is placed, and let you know.

5. Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Production and delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Because items are made to order, we only replace or refund items that arrive faulty, damaged or misprinted. See our Refund Policy.

7. Our designs

All designs, text, images and logos on this site belong to PetXcite. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to its design.

8. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo, idea or message, you confirm it's yours to share and doesn't break any law or anyone's rights. You allow us to use it (for example, to display a review) without payment. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

9. Using the site

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, scrape it, or submit false information.

10. Third-party services

Payments and some site features are handled by third-party services, such as payment processors. Their own terms apply to those services.

11. Disclaimer

Apart from what our policies promise, the site and products are provided "as is". We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, PetXcite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
