PetXcite wants everyone to be able to browse and shop our store, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We review the store against these guidelines and fix issues as we find them.
What we've done
- Descriptive text for product images
- Keyboard access to menus, color and size options, and the cart
- Visible focus indicators
- Labeled buttons and form fields
- Readable text contrast
Known limitations
Checkout and payment screens are provided by Shopify and PayPal, so parts of them are outside our control.
