Shipping policy
At PetXcite, every item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Since each product is made just for you after your order is placed, please allow 2-7 business days for production before shipping.
Processing & Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship orders within 2-7 business days, with an additional 2-5 business days for shipping, depending on your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within this timeframe. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $40: Flat shipping fee of $7.99.
- Orders of $40 or more: Enjoy free shipping!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us within 14 days. If a package is lost in transit before delivery, or arrives damaged, we'll send a free replacement.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before production starts. If an order ships to an address entered incorrectly, a replacement is at your cost. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to U.S. addresses.
