At PetXcite, every item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Since each product is made just for you after your order is placed, please allow 2-7 business days for production before shipping.

We aim to process and ship orders within 2-7 business days, with an additional 2-5 business days for shipping, depending on your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within this timeframe. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to U.S. addresses.
